Double room in cosy house in Thame

The room (top floor)

Renting out my spare room on an initial short term contract with possibility to extend.
Newly decorated double room on the top floor of the house, with door at the bottom of the stairs so super private. Shared bathroom, living room, open plan dining/kitchen (newly renovated), and garden. I own the property and live alone so you’d only be sharing with me and I’m pretty clean and tidy! I also have cleaners that come every other Monday.

House is great location, quick and easy walk into Thame. There’s also on street parking.

I wfh most of the time, and work two days in London - would ideally like someone who doesn’t wfh.
Looking for someone fairly independent.
Only renting to one individual - no couples, no kids, no pets please.
Very flexible on dates.
