Very large ensuite with private sitting area in a clean, quiet and modern townhouse in central Thame.

The room is on the top floor on its own. Just redecorated. Furnished with king size bed and mattress, bedside table, sofa, desk, chair, built in wardrobe, and plenty of extra cupboard space. There is a trolley with kettle. The bathroom has a bathtub, overhead shower, loo and basin. The room includes kettle, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.

Superfast fibre broadband. Good water pressure. Blackout blinds. Shared use of kitchen, which has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer; shared dining area and downstairs loo. There is a garage available for storage of large items e. g. bike, but not for a car Situated at the Priest End end of the High Street in a quiet Close easy walking distance to all the shops and transport of Thame, and to the Thame Leisure Centre which has gym, squash and swimming pool. Short walk to bus stop to Oxford and Aylesbury.
Must be a non-smoker and no pets. There is no parking.

I am a retired designer, home most of the time. I'm very used to having lodgers.
