Friendly, tidy, independent professional between 21 and 33 years old.
Female preferred. (We will, in the first instance, try to find a young lady.)
Must have full time permanent job working e. g. 9 to 5 Monday to Friday throughout the year.
Sorry not suitable for working from home, shift work, students or workers who have long holiday periods.
IN THE PRESENT COVID LOCKDOWN WORKING FROM HOME IS OF COURSE ALLOWED.
You would be sharing with 3 other very nice yet independent people, occasionally you might see Sylvia (landlady) who is very friendly.
