Room available is 4.7 x 4.3 with balcony and airing cupboard. The room is unfurnished but the kitchen has everything (cooking utensils, pans, cutlery, washing machine, fridge freezer etc).

Bathroom has bath and separate large shower (great for tall people)

Downstairs lobby/entrance way has enough room for a bike. The three upstairs rooms can be used as a hangout space or an office.

No parking with the property but free parking is a short walk away.

Virgin Fibre broadband already installed and all utilities sorted.

Rent is currently £1000 (£500 each) - average bills are Gas and Electric £204, Water £53.30, Council Tax £210, Internet £44 - so roughly £255 each on bills
Total cost is about £755 each a month

Travel
Bus Bus services for the town are operated by Thames Travel, including: • The X39/X40 between Oxford and Reading • The X2 for Didcot (and thus the mainline railway station) and continuing via Abingdon to Oxford. There are other local services to Benson and then Henley-on-Thames or Abingdon; Streatley and Goring-on-Thames; and Cholsey.

Rail
Local rail services are found at Cholsey and Didcot, both Stations offer services to London, Reading and Oxford with Didcot offering a “fast train” to London Paddington in approx. 45 minutes.
