Double room with ensuite in centre of Wallingford

The room is light and bright.
We have a strong wifi here.
There is a shared kitchen, living room, conservatory and garden. You do have an ensuite bathroom but can also use the main bathroom.
We have a garden and a friendly cat too. But of course you can keep your room cat free if you prefer. We’re end of terrace so the garden doesn’t feel too overlooked.
There’s a shed which locks which you could put a bike in.
There’s no drive but I always park in Millington Road which is free and well lit which is 2 mins away. And no problem just parking with hazards on for loading and unloading etc.
We are a 5 min walk from the centre of town and 10 mins from the river.
Buses run regularly to Oxford, Didcot, Henley, Abingdon and Reading from the town centre.
Waitrose is 5 mins away and Lidl 10 mins.
Lots of good pubs including the Cross Keys just on corner opposite and The Boat House down by the river.
Lots of lovely walks along river and surrounding countryside.
I’m retired and travel a lot. We’re a relatively quiet household and tend to rise and go to bed early.
