Looking for a new housemate!

Hi, my name is Bethany, I am 20 years-old and work full-time, I have two 8-month old female kittens named Artemis and Nyx.

I am advitising for a new housemate, more photos to be added soon!

The flat/house has the following available to my new housemate:
- A double bedroom with a small built-in wardrobe space, a double ottoman bed, two bedside tables and two sets of drawers.
- A large shared office space with two desks (one for myself and one for my housemate) and an Internet speed of around 250-450Mbps, which is perfect for WFH or Hybrid working.
- A shared bathroom with both a bath and shower available.
- A shared living-room with a TV.
- A shared kitchen.
- A small balcony connected to the living-room that overlooks the street.
- A medium-sized terrace/patio area out the front.

My place is located in Wallingford and is a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stops, with bus links directly to Oxford, Reading, Didcot, Cholsey, Benson and more. There is no designated residential parking - however, there are plenty of car parks nearby with permits available.

I am looking for a female housemate, preferably between the ages of 20 and 26.
Pets would definitely be considered.

The current bill split is:
- 50/50 on Rent (£1450 total, so £725 each)
- 50/50 on Council Tax (Band C)
- I currently pay 100% of the Water Bill and Internet (which is roughly £150/month), so the Electric (which is around £250/month as the place is Electric-Only) is 80/20 to my housemate.
All together this comes to around £1,100 each per month.
The split on bills can be renegotiated if necessary.
