A quiet, bright, and comfortably furnished double room is available in a clean, well-maintained 3-bedroom house in a peaceful residential area of Wallingford.
The room features a comfortable double bed, ample clothing storage, and a dedicated workspace/desk. You will have shared access to a modern kitchen, a main bathroom, and a lovely garden patio.
Ideal Lodger:
This room is ideally suited for a reliable, respectful professional who works fully outside of the home during the day. I am highly open to a Monday-to-Friday arrangement if you commute for work and head home on weekends. Short-term lets will also be gladly considered (e. g., 1–6 months).
About the Household:
You will be sharing with just one person—the live-in landlord. I am a 58-year-old single female professional who enjoys a peaceful, clean, and relaxed home environment. I value privacy and a quiet routine but am always happy to share a friendly chat over a cup of tea.
Location & Rent:
• Rent: £700 per month (or £165/week for Mon-Fri), all bills included (Council Tax, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi).
• Deposit: 1 month's rent.
• Excellent access to local bus routes to Oxford, Reading, and Didcot Parkway, as well as walkable to Wallingford town centre.
