Lovely one bed annex in central Wantage

A lovely, freshly painted one double bed annex with a large living space with kitchen and bathroom (unfurnished). The annex’s back French doors open on to the main house’s garden (which is shared with the landlords). It is just a few minutes walk from central Wantage and all it’s amenities and the rental price includes off street parking.

We are a young friendly family who live in the main house, who are looking for a single professional to rent the annex on a one year tenancy agreement (with a break clause of 6 months). As we are living in close proximity we would like to meet our new prospective tenant beforehand to make sure we will get along well.
