We live in a NEW 3-bedroom semi-detached house in a beautiful, and tranquil location in Kingsgrove (just outside Wantage). The area is friendly for walks, running, cycling, and outdoor activities. Supermarkets, gym, GP, shops, pubs, co-working space and the Market place are in close proximity (6 min drive, 15 min by bus or 30 min walk).

Close to Harwell Innovation Centre (5.9 miles), Milton Park (6 miles) and Didcot Parkway Train Station (9.4 miles)

Superfast broadband and Netflix included.

The Room is fully furnished:

NEW Day bed to Double, Desk with storage and mirror, four-door wardrobe. Blackout blinds to improve relaxation and sleep at night.

The room is East - facing which means the sun is streaming in the room in the morning for a fresh and positive start of the day.

Next door to your room is a spacious family bathroom (bath tub/shower) mainly for your use. We have our own en-suite, however on occasions we'll use the family bathroom to bath our baby or when having guests.

Big and bright living room (TV, 1 sofa bed etc.)

Fully equipped kitchen. BONUS: Phillips LatteGO bean to cup coffee machine. You will get YOUR OWN fridge/freezer.

Laundry room: washing machine and tumble dryer.

The room and the house are of high standard of quality and in great condition and we are very appreciative of tidy and clean manners.

We are a young professional couple with various hobbies such as sports, travel, gaming, DIY, Netflix movies/ series. We are family oriented and we love fresh food therefore cooking. We have a 3 MONTHS OLD BABY GIRL, so please make sure you are comfortable with this aspect.
