A lovely clean double room is available to rent Sunday/Monday to Friday from 1st September 2025.

The room is fully furnished with a kingsize bed with memory foam sprung mattress, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, foldable laptop stand, TV, virginmedia, including Sky Movies and Sky Sports & Netflix. High speed WiFi. Bedding is provided and towels are available on request. You will have sole use of main bathroom and there is a downstairs toilet.

You will be the only tenant in the house. There is a medium sized garden with patio/chairs outside (weather permitting). I am an ex-smoker, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.

There is an allocated parking space and the property is within walking distance of the town centre, Williams F1 and Grove Technology Park. 20/25 minute drive to Harwell, Culham, Milton Park and Oxford. Several bus stops routes within a few minutes walk of the property.

This room would ideally suit contractors/agency workers that are working away from home during the week, but would consider short term or ad hoc lets. Please message me to enquire
