Lodger wanted for Cosy double bedroom

Hello! I'm looking for a friendly new lodger to share my cozy, well-kept flat with me and my two super-social Siamese cats (they’re guaranteed to charm even the biggest dog fans!). The flat is ideal for someone working in F1 at Williams, as my first flatmate of 3 years was.

About the space: You'll have a double bedroom with a desk, wardrobe, under-bed storage, and shelves, plus your own family bathroom. The flat is compact and fully equipped/furnished, so ideally, you won’t need to bring extra kitchen items. I work remotely from home most of the week, but I’m often in London, so you’ll have some solo time in the flat, too. I enjoy a friendly, communal vibe—I love cooking for people and having help eating the leftovers too. We have a sofa bed as well so happy to have friends to stay - we can just make sure we don’t clash timing wise!

Included in rent: WiFi, Sky (sports included) water, heating, electricity, and a cleaner. Open to Mon-Fri arrangements.

Most important to me is that it’s a good fit flatmate wise - previous flatmates have been outgoing, happy to hang together but equally happy to take time to themselves. It’s a cosy flat so it’s important we both gel as it isn’t the biggest space and it’s very much a home! If you can BBQ it’s a plus as I have not cracked this 😂
