Beautiful double room available

I'm a single female with two very friendly, well trained dogs looking for a lodger. I have a three bedroom house which is comfortably furnished and the bedroom has been freshly redecorated.

Even with the hounds, I typically keep a relatively quiet house. I work from home as a writer and enjoy cooking, gardening, and woodworking/cabinet-making (which has the added benefit of ensuring there's plenty of storage space in the house).

The kitchen is well-equipped, with a large fridge and two freezers. There is a very large garden with beautiful outdoor seating areas, a greenhouse, and a hammock in the summer. The lounge is cozy with a wood burning stove.

The house is well-located on a quiet side street with supermarkets within a few mins walk. There is plenty of on-street parking and the nearest bus stop is within 5 mins walk. The fire station is 2 mins walk away, but I'd rather we didn't put that to the test.
