It is rustic and comfortable but not luxurious, it is in a rural setting with no street lighting in the village, but lovely countryside and walks from the doorstep. Offered as single occupancy. Ideal for someone who likes a tranquil environment, when they return from work, and gets enjoyment from the sounds of birds and wildlife!

The annex is located 3 miles from the M40 and a mile from Watlington, an attractive market town with shops and pubs.
