Loft Apartment, village location, views

The entrance is through the main house, which I live in. The loft is self contained with sitting room, bedroom, shower and small kitchen. It has fabulous views. Spare room did not give a category to state that I am the landlord, living in the rest of the house (with one cat.). The entrance is through the front door, shared hall, and up 2 flights of stairs. There is off road parking, and use of the garden.
The loft is lovely, the photos do not do it justice, and it is a peaceful place to live.
My EPC rating has not been determined , but the loft was converted in 2007 and is well insulated. The stated rent includes council tax and utility bills. It is band A.
