From 1st Jun, I am a professional male aged 52 looking to let my second (double) bedroom from Mon-Fri only.
The house is in a quiet residential area In the North-east part of Witney (meaning easy access to the A40 Eastbound). There is a petrol station with a Budgens, a convenience store, and a fish and chip shop all within a very short walk and The Elm Tree local pub is a ten minute walk. There are also countryside walks just across the road from Schofield Avenue.
The room itself has a good solid wood bed with a memory foam mattress which has only had very light use - a mattress protector will be provided. There is a double sliding-door wardrobe and bedside table with drawers.
You are welcome to use the bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen, garden, patio, garage (for a bike), and ironing facilities.
I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who keeps regular hours.
The house has been recently decorated throughout and is bright and airy.
You will only be sharing with one occupant (me), as I have my children at the weekends (hence the weekday only availability).
