Hi, am looking for 1 person for a Smallish Double room

See Bed 2 picture. The room comes with a Double bed and wardrobe. There is space to have a desk although it doesn't have a desk at present. Rent 670pcm inclusive of bills.

House was built in 2019. Good condition.
Modern Kitchen.
Free on street parking.
Shops 1 min walk away. Costcutter supermarket, takeaways etc
2 bathrooms in the house.
1 upstairs bath with shower inside it, toilet and basin.
Then downstairs bathroom just has a shower, toilet and basin.
Council Tax Band C
Am looking for people who appreciate a clean house and are happy to clean it regularly or pay for a cleaner. Cleaner would be extra cost to be split by the housemates.

Ideally I would like someone that can help look after mowing the lawn aswell. It's not too big and takes between 30 and 45 mins. If not be happy to pay someone to mow the lawns.
I am a responsible landlord. I care about the house and my tenants. I do maintenance visits, and keep things in order and as a consequence people generally stay longer. On the flip side though I expect tenants to do their bit so please keep that in mind.
