Double room with bathroom

Double room with double bed and big fitted wardrobe. Located on the first floor and facing south-west. Looking into the front garden and a semi-busy road (busy during the day). Not suitable for someone sensitive to car noises. The room will be painted before the tenant moves in although may require painting one of the walls again in the near future. I will also get a mirror, a desk, and a lamp shade.

Private bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink, adjacent to the room (not en suite), with underfloor heating and towel radiator. On-street parking slot behind the house is included.

Shared: The house is a 2-bed semi-detached property, with big shares living room and kitchen, and a small toilet room on the ground floor. There is a small front garden and side patio, and a back garden. There are some musical instruments in the house which I would encourage the tenant to use. The house is not yet fully decorated, but slowly getting there! At the moment there is no WiFi but looking into getting it installed. Also may change the floor in the living room, so please expect a few days of disruption at some point.

Council tax (band C) and bills included (water, light, gas, WiFi). Apart from a small wide-angle photo of the bathroom, the rest are not wide-angle.

I also live with a very chatty and lovely cat, full of affection and energy to play. I am open to have someone with a pet, provided they have a nice personality and the potential to get along with the cat.

The property is at 12 min walk from Witney center and in front of the S1 bus stop direction Oxford; 2-3 min away walk from the S1 bus stop towards the centre and Carterton.
Nice local pub nearby; Tesco 7 min walk; Coop 10 min walk.

I am looking for a housemate that is up for a chat after work and that want to use the house for more than just staying in their room. Respecting everyone's alone time and space, I would be open to spend some time together or go for a stroll. Non-smoker only, please.
