Rooms to rent

Two rooms are available in a lovely, modern property: a single room for £550 per month and a double room for £650 per month. Ideally, I would prefer to rent both rooms to one person for £1,050 per month. This would give you the flexibility to use one room as your bedroom and the other as a private office, workspace or additional living area.

The property is modern and well maintained, with a lovely, spacious living room and kitchen. It is in a very convenient location, close to the bus stop and just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. There is also a local shop and post office nearby, making everyday errands easy.

The current tenants are a friendly group of working professionals who appreciate a clean and tidy home, a relaxed atmosphere and quiet evenings. We are looking for someone who shares similar values and respects the communal living environment.
