I AM A PROFESSIONAL LIVE IN LANDLORD AND I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO SHARE MY FRIENDLY MODERN HOUSE CLOSE TO THE CENTRE OF WITNEY.

The accommodation consists of:-

A good sized double & fully furnished room which has been freshly redecorated, including a double wardrobe, plenty of storage space and your own tv.

A shared bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and over bath monsoon shower.

A shared living and dining area, decorated to a high standard.

A shared kitchen, including oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and American style side by side fridge freezer with ice/water dispenser.

A good size and landscaped garden, with seating area, double washing line and detached & lockable garage with plenty of storage space for bikes etc. On street parking, adjacent to the property is readily available.

Rent includes all utility bills, including unlimited super fast fibre broadband. Also included is a professional cleaning service every other Wednesday and a monthly window cleaner.

I require a deposit equal to one months rent (£700) to secure the room. This will be returned when you leave (minus any outstanding rent, payment for damages etc. Rent is payable in advance either monthly or weekly, Pro rata.

Witney is a picturesque and historic market town in the heart of West Oxfordshire and the edge of the Cotswolds area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a 20-30 minute drive from Oxford and approximately 40 minutes drive from Swindon.

The house is situated in the heart of the modern and sought after area of Madley Park, and is located on a quiet and tranquil side road. Completed in 2006, the house is semi-detached, Cotswold style stone fronted with generous size accommodation and garden.

The house is 2 minutes walk from the local amenities such as takeaways, and a small supermarket etc. The town centre can be reached via a picturesque walk across beautiful, protected water meadows in 20 minutes and is amazing for running and cycling. Alternatively this is a 5 minute drive.

The town centre has a lot to offer, including shopping, numerous take-aways, pubs & restaurants, gyms, a leisure centre, a multiplex cinema, bus stops and large supermarkets.

There is an excellent bus service to Oxford, Eynsham, Carterton, Burford and Woodstock, with the closest bus stop 2 mins walk away.
