Large Double Room for Single Occupancy Only

We have a good size double room measuring 13ft to the doors of a built-in double wardrobe with a full length top shelf by 9ft for rent in our family home, that is fully furnished with a good quality mattress on the bed/5 draw chest of drawers/ bedside table with 2 drawers/armchair and tv. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and tidy in all areas of the house to come and lodge with us. Happy to discuss Monday to Friday occupancy with lower rent.
All bills plus wifi are included also all kitchenware, bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are provided. All cleaning/changing of bedding and personal laundry done by me. We live across the road from port meadow. We have a regular no6 bus into the city which takes approx 15/20mins the bus stop is 4mins walk from our home we also have the ST2 bus that runs once an hour to all the hospitals. also situated in a good place for commuting with the roundabout at the top of the village, Kidlington airport is about 20/30min drive.
