We have a furnished room in our family home it is a small double and is available now. we are looking for a lodger who must be clean, quiet, and tidy. Very happy to do MONDAY TO FRIDAY (£140PER 5 DAYS OR ALL WEEK £160PER WEEK.)
We do not have any pets of our own but I do look after a dog here Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm for a friend.
Sorry we cannot accept couples or pets. Not suitable for working from home.
The bed is a 4ft small double all bedding supplied also everything needed in the kitchen for cooking, eating/drinking supplied
The bathroom and kitchen are shared between us all (maximum of 4 people living here )
There is on road parking no permits at this present time, also a good bus service approx every 20 mins to oxford city taking about 15 mins, We live in a good area for commuting with the A34 nearby also Oxford parkway railway station within 30 mins walk. We do not have any bicycle storage area.
All bills and WiFi plus cleaning of room /laundry of bedding and your personal laundry included. Sorry no living room or garden as this is our private area.
Our house is across the road from port meadow with the Thames running through it encouraging lots of wild life including ducks geese and swans on the river. Horses live on the meadow all year with cows joining them from spring to late autumn the meadow is a great place for walking, running or just relaxing.
