3 bed house in Woodstock, fully furnished and fully equipped. You will have the house majority of the time to yourself as I am moving to Devon for the summer and potentially longer, however I am not renting the house in it’s entirety as I want to leave my things here and be able to pop back to visit from time to time - I anticipate maybe 1 weekend a month to start with and this might fizzle out as I get more settled in Devon.
The house was newly renovated in 2021 and everything is still feels very new and in great condition.
It has a lovely garden and off-street parking, shed and partial garage for storage. 10 mins walk to the centre of Woodstock and easy bus access to Oxford and other nearby towns.
The available room is a spacious fully furnished double. Shared family bathroom and downstairs loo. There’s also a smaller spare room and my room which are not for rent.
