Hi, I have a spare room in my house in Woodstock which I rent out occasionally. The house is 3 bedrooms and has a garden and off-street parking. 10 mins walk to the centre of Woodstock and easy access to Oxford and other nearby towns
The available room is double with shared bathroom and separate loo. There is a second spare room but I keep that free for storage.
A little about me - I’m mid 40s and live on my own with my 2 cats. I work in a nearby hotel so can be long and anti social hours. I’m easy going and live a fairly chilled and quiet life when I’m at home. I have a decent social life but tend to keep that in the pubs - no house parties!
I am looking for a lodger for April and May. I will be travelling a lot over that time so I am looking for someone who wouldn’t mind feeding and looking after the cats while I’m away.
