Hi, I have a spare room in my house in Woodstock which I rent out occasionally. The house has 3 bedrooms and a garden and off-street parking. 10 mins walk to the centre of Woodstock and easy access to Oxford and other nearby towns.
The house was newly renovated in 2021 and everything is still feels very new and in great condition.
The available room is a spacious fully furnished double. There’s a shared bathroom and separate loo. Also a second smaller spare room with a sofa bed which is mainly used for storage.
You will have the house majority of the time to yourself. I am moving to Devon for the summer and potentially longer, however I do not want to rent out the house in it’s entirety as I want the option to pop back and visit from time to time - I anticipate maybe 1 weekend a month to start with and this might fizzle out as I get more settled in Devon.
