Large spare room in a brand new house

Hello there!

My name is Ellie and I live in this house with my 9 year old son (who lives here half of the time and with his father the other half of the time).

We currently have a cat so I was hoping to find a lodger who is happy to be around cats. I also prefer a female housemate.
Looking for someone more on a long term basis but, short time is fine too.

There are currently two rooms available, but only one will be let.
One room doesn’t have a desk. It has a double and a single wardrobe, so plenty of storage space and an en-suit bathroom. This room js £900.

I have a second bedroom that doesn’t have an on-suit (but you’ll have a sole use of a bathroom) and is available for £850pcm. It has a double wardrobe.
This room has a desk.

All bills are included.
