Friendly, Laid-Back Housemate Wanted
Hello, I’m currently looking for a new housemate to move in come October. The room available is a double bed w/ensuite (half bath) and comes furnished. There’s a cozy, shared living room and a lovely garden out back. Other amenities include: a dishwasher, washer machine, and dryer.
The house is a 2 min walk from the bus stop into Oxford City Center and conveniently located in terms of shops around Woodstock. Blenheim Palace is only a few minutes walk away as well.
A little bit about myself:
I’m Cyrus (23) - I value a laid back, clean, social household but also like my alone time and respect when others do as well. My current housemate and I have done a good job maintaining a chill, safe haven of a household and I would like to keep that vibe moving forward.
