A bright, spacious double room is available from 15th July 2026 in a traditional two-bedroom cottage, tucked away in a peaceful rural setting just 2.5 miles from Perth city centre.

Rent is £125 per week, which includes:

The cottage sits on the edge of a working farm and enjoys beautiful views across the Earn Valley to the Ochil Hills. It's an ideal spot if you enjoy the outdoors, whether that's walking, cycling, wildlife, or simply appreciating a bit of peace and quiet after a busy day.

Although the city is only a short drive away, you'll need your own vehicle, as there isn't any public transport to the property.

I've lived here for the past eight years and still feel incredibly lucky to call this place home. The large garden has become a bit of a passion project, with a small flower farm, fruit, herbs, and plenty of space to sit with a coffee, read a book, or unwind after work.

The cottage is also home to two quirky seven-year-old cats. They're very much part of the household, spending their days exploring the garden before claiming their favourite spot on the sofa for evening cuddles.

I'm looking for a friendly, professional female flatmate, who enjoys a relaxed, respectful home. Ideally, you'll be comfortable around cats, happy to share household chores equally, and appreciate the balance between having a chat over a cup of tea and respecting each other's personal space.

The kitchen is a vegetarian space, so I'm looking for someone who is vegetarian or vegan, or happy to cook only vegetarian meals at home.

I do smoke, but only ever in the garden, and I'd ask that you do the same if you're a smoker.
