My home is a new build in a scenic part of Auchterarder with gas central heating, double glazing, gardens fronts and back with a retractable washing line. Well equipped spacious kitchen/dining area, integral fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Large Comfy Lounge with Sky Q TV. Downstairs WC.

Parking is available in the off road parking area/cul de sac.

Looking for NON-SMOKER, someone who is reliable, honest, clean and tidy. Cleaning shared facilities is responsibility of all housemates. Own room would be your responsibility to keep tidy and clean. One months deposit payable with your first months rent at beginning of room rental,
