Double room with mountain views

Large double in a second floor flat.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and the option of a desk if required. You would have use of the whole flat albeit I don't have a TV. Big kitchen with loads of storage, a dishwasher and all of the essentials!

The flat has a quiet garden with a newly planted hedge, trees and lots of wildflowers in the summer. It's perfect for a fire pit evening or afternoon snooze on the lawn. There is also a communal drying green.

This would suit someone enthusiastic in outdoor sports as there are great trails from the door for running, hiking, cycling. Crieff has great access to lochs and munros , Ben Chonzie is only 15mins away. I have secure outdoor storage for bikes or other kit.

I rented rooms for about 8 years, usually through Spareroom so I try to be the chill landlord I'd want to rent from. Usually I work 40hrs mostly in the local area. I rarely drink but Crieff has plenty of pubs within walking distance, a pool and a decent selection of shops.

Council tax band B, because apparently it matters....
