Double room in a lovely country home

We are situated in a quiet hamlet overlooking arable fields which are flanked by the Sidlaws, offering phenomenal walking and cycling routes from the doorstep. We are also fortunate to have a popular village pub only a 10 minute walk away and a corner shop/ bus stop one mile away with public transport links to the market town of Blairgowrie as well as to the cities of Perth and Dundee. I'm a professional who works mostly from home and enjoys walking, cycling and am late to the party but have just discovered the absolute joy of wild swimming! Ideally I would like to share my home with someone during the working week, but would consider a more full time arrangement if the right person came along.
