A 5 minute walk to the main train and bus stations, and to a beautiful park. Shops including a newsagent, grocery, fish and chips are close by. A 15 minute walk takes you to Perth City centre.
The current flatmate is polite, tidy, hard working, respectful, trustworthy and kind. A genuinely lovely person.
