Room to rent in end terraced house. King size bed provided.
Shared bathroom/kitchen.
All bills included- gas/elec/broadband/council tax

Must provide own toiletries alongside household items such as laundry detergent/fabric softener etc.

Would prefer someone who only requires the room Mon-Fri, however this is negotiable.

Must be okay with dogs.
I have a border collie named Fergus, he is very friendly and occasionally might like you to throw his ball in the garden.

I’m very clean and tidy therefore I would like someone who cleans up after themselves and respects my home.

Available to rent from 3rd August.

£600 per month & £500 security deposit to be paid upfront.
