The room is bright and has a double bed frame, mattress, bedside table, fitted wardrobe with mirror. En-suite - you will have sole access to this, consisting of a shower, toilet and sink.

I’m looking to rent to a female tenant only who is tidy and respectful. As a non-smoker and non-drinker myself, I’m looking to find someone with similar habits.

You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, living room and a private garden. Fitted kitchen with all integrated appliances including; fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher and washing machine.

The property also offers parking on a private driveway as well as on-street parking. Bills (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi) are not included and will be split between us. Only council tax (D) is included. Long-term lets are preferred.

The house is a three bedroom and is located in a quiet residential area. It is only 4 minutes away from Broxden Park & Ride, so ideal for commuters. While city centre is 10 minutes away.
