Hello,
We hare looking for someone to rent our downstairs guest room with en-suite. We have a lovely home just 2 miles outside of Pitlochry, with beautiful walks just outside the door. We also have a nice sized garden and parking.
Downstairs the house has an open plan kitchen and dining area which would be a shared space with the spare bedroom on this level.
We are family of 3, with a 8year old boy, so you need to be happy having a child around. There is a sitting room also, but this space would be used by just us as this is where my son plays and watches television. He is at School Monday to Friday.
Ideally we would be looking for someone who is happy renting a room in a family home, and is a working professional.
