There isn’t a TV licence at the property however this could happily be considered if you are a TV watcher and would like to bring a TV with you.

All bills are inclusive including broadband unless utility usage transpires to be higher than anticipated. In which case we can review the rent together. Shared use of washing machine, pantry, fridge/freezer and own drawer in bathroom if required for your toiletries.

Everything in Brecon is within easy walking distance.
Within 30 minutes you can reach Abergavenny, Hay on Wye, Merthyr Tydfil.
