The Farm Cottage

Charming 2 bedroom self-contained annex with own entrance, private terrace and parking, on our farm in the Black Mountains in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park.

Available for an extended stay from Jan 12 2026 - 19 feb 26.

The cottage is annexed to the main farmhouse but is completely self-contained, it has a full kitchen and dining area, living room with leather armchairs, sofa, and cosy log burner. Double doors open onto the terrace with wonderful views of the mountains.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a king sized bed, armchair, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror.

The second bedroom is currently a twin room with two single beds but this can be set up with a desk instead as an office if needed.

There is a full bathroom with a shower.

Weekly cleaning service included.

Would suit someone wanting to escape for a change of scenery and enjoy being in the mountains for an extended period, good speed of WiFi (Starlink) to work from home or perfect for artists. I also have horses so someone who has an interest in horses / riding out / helping out on the yard would be great.

Will need own transport - 15 mins by car to local shops in Crickhowell or Talgarth, 25 mins to Abergavenny, 30 mins to Hay on Wye.
