Lovely Furnished Double Room available .
Prefer if you were in full time work - no home workers unless additional costs are covered.

Bills are all included except wood for the log burner in the winter which we split .House is not constantly having the heating on, so if you are cold blooded it wont be suitable. We wear jumpers and have the woodburner and heating is on morning and night, in the winter, for a couple of hours due to rising energy bills.

House has a big garden that needs attention - so if you like gardening then thats a big plus, there is also an acre attached.
House has a big living room ( that a teen does occupy in the day) and a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms.

I work from home some of the time.
Be aware that you will be living with a teenager and pets and all that goes with this.
I Have older children who visit in the holidays and a teenage son who is with me regularly,
I have two lovely cats and a young well trained happy dog. You must like animals and be willing to occasionally feed them if im away or out and you are in.

I am not looking for someone who is looking for a quiet house - with kids and animals and me it is a busy house. I am not your typical landlady - and Id like to live with someone I get along with , who is friendly and cooperative and helpful .

It’s important that any potential lodger has a similar world view to me . I am looking for an open minded person . Not sexist racist or homophobic.
