Double room in a land-based community in mid-Wales

About the room: a medium sized double room with a sink, large windows and beautiful views. It is partially furnished, with double bed, wardrobe and chair. The house and site itself include two kitchens, two living rooms, co-working area, gardens, workshop, and kitchen garden (with greenhouse and polytunnel).

A bit about us: We are based in mid-Wales (canolbarth Cymru!) on a 6-acre site, which we're looking to develop as a community asset. The community is cooperatively run, with shared evening meals, monthly work days, includes two young children, with some members home-working. It’s a short walk to the village shop, pub, and bus to Machynlleth town.

We're particularly interested in people looking to join long term and ultimately share ownership, but also considering short term applications. Whether short or long term we ask that all residents engage actively with the communal culture of the house.
