In utility tent, 150 metres away, there is the option of a conventional flushing toilet with bidet, hand basin and washing machine and tumble drier.

Ceiling height of 6' 1" for most of the length of the caravan,
& decreasing to 6’ 0” to a ceiling light at the front end.

Nearest town 2.5 miles and has Co-op and Spar supermarkets, fishmonger, plenty of cafes including 2 vegetarian, organic fruit and vegetable shop, health food shop, & 2 Indian restaurants.

Although there are two neighbouring properties, much of the time, you will hear very little or nothing from either of them. Neither are visible or overlook the caravan or sitting area.

Fixed bills total only £25/m plus metered electricity at cost price (23p/unit) with no “standing charge”.
