Access to the 2 acre woodland with half a mile of paths, 5 pools, 9 benches, streams and 6 metre waterfalls.

Main view from 3 opening windows is wild pasture (kept strimmed) and tall wild flowers in Summer, with many trees 30 metres away and with the sky catching the sun from 11 a. m. until around 4 p. m.

One of the opening windows looks up to the huge beech tree and 6 Douglas Fir trees.

Parking space right next to the caravan.

EXTREMELY QUIET with no traffic noise.

Ceiling height 6 feet 1.5 inches but decreases to 6’ 0” at ceiling light at front end.

Although there are two neighbouring properties, much of the time, you will hear very little or nothing from either of them. Neither are visible or overlook the caravan or sitting area.

Metered electricity paid in arrears & approx. £45/m in Summer at my cost price (23p/unit) with no “standing charge”.
