Three small rooms (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner) are available to a single person in a quirky terraced house in Llanidloes, plus use of the sitting room, utility room and terraced garden when the owner is not present. The owner, an elderly lady in good health, will retain the sole use of two further bedrooms for her occasional visits (probably once a month). The rest of the time you will have the house to yourself! Rent is £300pcm plus a proportionate share of bills. While all applicants will be considered, the offer would particularly suit a mature female willing to take care of the garden and offer companionship to the owner during her visits. Although a cleaner can be arranged, tidiness and quietness would be appreciated. The house is furnished and has a washing machine, broadband, bath with good shower, and basic cooking facilities. Council Tax band B.
