Room available in semi detached house in village close to Oswestry, Welshpool and Shrewsbury. Long/short term Monday- Friday. Room can be held over each week. Will consider 7 days week / monthly on enquiry and meeting.
Good road network into towns. Transport needed. Shop/ PO and pub plus takeaways in village.
The room is furnished with double bed, bedside drawer unit, Wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.
A shared bathroom with shower.
Shared kitchen with facilities including microwave and washing machine. Private driveway for parking.
This home would suit a professional person. Previous home sharers have been on work placement, a student teacher and Professional workers. Some being with me for a few months or up to a year. All have given good recommendation.
I keep the home in a clean and respectfully tidy condition. Likewise, I expect my lodger to be respectful and responsible for keeping their room and shared facilities tidy and clean.
I am a professional retired friendly person with respect for another persons privacy. I am vegetarian.
