where there are Amenities, Post office, dining pub with accommodation, 15 minutes from
Welshpool with Rail connections etc! 30 minutes from Newtown
The kitchen and lounge are shared, however, as there is a seating area in the room I would imagine that would be used by tenant.
I am looking for a quiet Tenant who is clean, Tidy , reliable and it goes without saying that we will of course be respectful of each other's privacy, you must be trustworthy !
If you are a smoker, you need to be Ok with smoking outside!
This is an easy going household!! but you must be a pet lover, there is a dog, 2 cats and
horses at the property.
