Also a large dining kitchen & relaxing bathroom with shower..

Conveniently located 7 minutes from Glasgow International Airport,. Suitable for work location/relocation, training, in between houses, university, college etc.

Bus stops are 5 mins away with regular services to Paisley, Braehead, Glasgow, Universities & many other areas.
Motorways also nearby to Glasgow & many popular locations.

Locally is Tesco, B&M, Phoenix Retail Park, multi complex Cinema De Lux, Asda, TK Maxx, restaurants, cafes & many othèr shops & tasty food establishments.

Close by is Winner of Best Scottish pub, with live music, football & friendly folks.
On-X sports Centre with pool, gym, fitness, classes & cafe.
Lovely nature walks nearby & to Johnstone train station, for commuting to Glasgow, beaches, walks & other scenic & tourist locations.
Supermarket & post office & tastty take away food shops.

The house is feng shui'd for positive vibes, & also eco friendly. Suited to quiet, tidy lodgers who resonate with that too & prefer privacy for happy harmonious living..

There are no pre-viewings (same as hotels & airbnb, as house can be seen from photos.) However an initial short stay is available to check suitability & then extend accordingly.

As i value privacy, i'm not seen in house & honour guests with that too.
My preference is for lodgers who will be out/at work, (not working from home as i work from home.) looking for part of week stays on a long term basis....
Or
Full time stays for short term.
Can be negotiable so please feel free to enquire.

Additional cost per extra person (upto 3) per week £100. Security Deposit - £200 - £700 dependent on length of stay.
