Locally there's Phoenix Retail Park with multi complex Cinema De Lux, 24 hr Asda, TK Maxx, restaurants, cafes, shops etc.
The Clippens Inn, winner of best Scottish pub that also has live music at wk'nd is 5 mins round the corner.
As is On-X sports Centre with pool, gym, fitness, classes & cafe.
Lovely nature walks nearby that also go to Johnstone train station, for trains to Glasgow, Ardrossan beach & other popular locations..
The house is feng shui'd for positive vibes & harmonious energy flow & also eco friendly. So I am looking for professional, pleasant, peaceful people who value calm, quiet & privacy like myself for happy harmonious living.
Available from 1 night for convenient location to airport (8-10 mins away) for holiday makers, to 1 month for short term work relocation, in between houses etc.
Lounge is private as it's a training/meeting room, but bedroom is large, with big tv, 2 double wardrobes, ample drawers, side cabinets & dressing table/workdesk & looks onto enclosed, private garden.
£10 extra per extra person more than 1 per night, for up to 3 people.
