Large room available for single occupancy in comfortable flat in Central Paisley, 5 mins walk from train station and town centre.

Private parking, Wifi/Kodi/Prime, 2 mins walk to Supermarket (Morrisons), quiet but central part of Paisley with plenty of green space and great views.

Comfortable, spacious flat, kitchen stocked with gadgets (that I never use), living room stocked with entertainment (Kodi/Xbox/Hifi/DJ Mixer, Piano), bathroom with, well, bathroom stuff like a shower and a bath: no bidet, hope that’s not a deal breaker.

I’m a former professional musician and mature student (law degree) working for Scottish Government as a Civil Servant (hybrid).

I love music but I love peace and quiet too so not really a party animal. I live with my friendly, inquisitive, chatty seven-year-old daughter every weekend.

I’m not in any hurry and would rather find the right person. I may prefer a female flat-mate so that my daughter is more comfortable.

All bills included except Council Tax (if applicable).
