Situated on the high street just one minute to university and opposite historic art gallery, 5 mins to town centre, train station .May suit someone who wants a reliable base for studying and living/working close to the university and town centre

The flat is kept clean and tidy and we enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere — whether that’s watching TV together or just having a chat. It’s important to us that everyone gets along and contributes to a positive environment.

Accommodation also comprises two double bedrooms,(one with ensuite and washing machine): an interior kitchen, shared living room, and separate bathroom. Council tax, WIFI and utilities included in rent. The bedroom to rent has use of the other bath room largely to themselves. You’ll be sharing with two cats, so being comfortable with cats is a must
