Modern/comfortabe/clean room in Renfrew/Braehead

I have an immaculate bedroom to rent in a great fully furnished apartment.
**Short term stays are welcome, with one month notice before leaving and one month deposit.**

I am looking for a extremly clean, considerate and quiet working professional to share my place with.

Room comes furnished with double bed, desk, wardrobe. And I'll also provide everything you need: bedsheets, duvets, pillows etc.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms - therefore, the guest bathroom will be mainly for you and you will have everything you need to bath, shower etc. I'll provide clean towels, first consumables (shower gel, shampoo etc.).

You'll basically have everything you need to just come and live. No expenses from your side.

Location is 12min walking distance from Braehead Shopping Centre where you can find all the shops you need (clothing, restaurants, coffee shops, cinema, Sainsbury, IKEA and many others). Great walk by the river, for those who like to reach their step goals or a you can take a bus.

Lots of public transport options that go to Glasgow City Centre (through either Govan or West End). There are also fast buses to get to Glasgow City centre through M8. Easy to get to either Paisly City Centre or Glasgow Airport.

Great WiFi internet connection in the apartment. I have the Gigafast package from Sky (1GB download).

Apartment is at the second floor of the building.

I have a parking space that I dont use, at the moment. Therefore, free parking for you if you have a car.

Apartment location is in a really nice, clean and quiet area, recently build. There is also a nice small park nearby where you can relax.

Place is perfect for a working professional.
