Very attractive room with en suite bathroom to let, in exceptionally beautiful surroundings in the Scottish Borders, near the historic town of Melrose, and an hour's drive from Edinburgh. It is also within easy reach of the local hospital, the BGH.

This room would particularly suit an artist or writer or somebody doing research, for example, It is very peaceful and quiet. There is a large and beautiful garden, bordering woodland with a river running through it.

For somebody who might be interested, there could be studio space in addition - to be discussed.

I am happy to rent out this room, and possible studio space, for a small rent in return for a small amount of help. I am a professional artist, myself, and am also a musician. I would love to find somebody who might broadly share my interests.
