Single room upstairs

A single room in a quiet house on the outskirts of Wellington is now available. We are looking for a non smoking male preferably as the bathroom is shared with other males but this is not essential.

There are shared kitchen facilities , an upstairs full bathroom and a downstairs utility room also containg a shower as well as a comfortable lounge/dining room for eating and watching TV.

Please note we do not allow additional guesta to stop overnight as we have shift workers who need this to be a quiet house. We have previously had carers and medical staff living in the house due to its proximity to the PRH.

There is parking outside the house and there are bus services to Wellington or Telford Town Centre within 50 metres so it is very convenient for travel.

Full references from a previous landlord, proof of ability to pay rent and payslips will be needed before completion of a tenant questionaire. Please be aware that extra checks now have to be made regarding suitability following the Renters Rights Act. Viewing times will be at our discretion and be evenings or weekends.
