A double room is available in my quiet, family home. (Furniture can be moved out if required) Currently I live here with my cocker spaniel but my children are away at Uni and sometimes stay over.
All bills included unless excessive use of utilities.
The bathroom is shared. (Have a 2nd WC)
I have off street parking and a covered outside storage area.
As this is a family home not a HMO, I would prefer a student using this as a home from home, or a professional who is out at work during the day as I work from home.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside.
Please note there isn't a direct bus to the hospital it requires a change in Shrewsbury town and will take about an hour. To cycle to hospital is around 20 minutes and walking around 80 minutes.
There are frequent buses into town and parking on my drive is available.
