A quality small double room available with a private bathroom across the corridor (with shower and bath), in a modern home, renovated to a high standard. The room benefits from an inbuilt double wardrobe.

Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels available if needed.

The communal area is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge design. Equipped with double oven, induction hob, large fridge, large freezer and Quooker tap. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

You will have a parking space on the driveway included in the price, as are all bills.

You will be sharing with myself, my daughter, our cat and 1 other professional female lodger. We live a fairly quiet but busy life.

We are looking to share our family home with a friendly, respectful professional female.
