We are looking to rent this double room with en-suite bathroom facilities and adjacent kitchenette.
It is in a self-contained annex to the main house with its own entrance, which offers some privacy from the rest of the family's house. You would have your own fridge, kettle, combination oven/grill & microwave, sink, toaster and twin hob in the kitchenette area adjacent to the room.
We would prefer a lodger who is not at the property at weekends.
There is off-road parking available, and there is also access to high-speed BT Infinity Wi-Fi.
The property is located in Edgmond, which is a lovely village next to Newport, Shropshire. There is a village shop, post office, two village pubs, and an agricultural university (Harper Adams), all within easy walking distance. Edgmond is situated near to Telford, and is within commuting distance of Market Drayton, Stafford, Shrewsbury, Stoke, and Wolverhampton. It is also near to the National Sports Centre at Lilleshall.
The room is available for short term let from Monday 9th Sept 2019 until Jan 2020
