Hello,
I'm offering a room in my house in the Lawley area of Telford. This can be guaranteed for a year of occupancy, with extensions after that year possible depending upon my circumstances.

Your room measures 4x2.9m and comes fully furnished as per the pictures. There is a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, chair and desk. It is south facing so you'll get plenty of daylight, windows look out onto the garden and the local shared parking alcove. Next door you have your own bathroom measuring 2.1x1.7m. I'm having my en-suite bathroom renovated in July so may need to use it for a short period during the works.

Shared spaces include the kitchen and lounge.
In the kitchen you will have dedicated cupboards, and access to the fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Gas hobs. I don't mind sharing plates, glasses and cutlery.
The lounge measured 4.6x4m and includes a TV.
Parking is not allocated, but free on the local streets. It may be possible to store excess items in the garage.

All bills are included, including high speed internet. Council tax is band C and also included.

I've shared the house with lodgers in the past and am pleased to say everything has run smoothly and respectfully. The other spare room may be offered up for another lodger in future, but this will not be before November.

Currently there is myself and my kitten living in the house. You do not bear any responsibility for the kitten except for ensuring he doesn't run out of the front door and always has access to his toilet. He's currently an indoors cat so no other pets will be permitted.
There is a small weekly chore list which we will both be involved with equally

Viewings can happen from 14/6/26, I'm not able to offer viewings before this date. I am a working professional and it is strictly a non-smoking house.
